I completed Proton Beam #24 and Chemo #4 today and have 2 weeks left of treatment. The Dr’s are very pleased with my progress today but warned the next few weeks will be the roughest. I’m ready so bring it on as I know that time heals all wounds.

Barb and I are so blessed with so many loving and caring friends who all play a very significant role in our lives and in our healing.

It’s been said that a measure of a person is equivalent to the number of people who care about you and love you and based upon all of the friends visiting us in Boston, the incredible letters you mail, the voice mail messages you leave and the plethora of daily texts received from so many people this measure has been so beautifully validated!

Barb has been by my side for the past 5 weeks in Boston and a very cool relief plan was activated this this week when my best friend from College for close to 40 years who lives in New Mexico, Joel Serra came in so that Barb could have a few days with 3 more of her terrific friends coming in from Cleveland and parts of Pensylvannia. Joel you are the absolute best friend a person can have- Thank You!

Jan Hablitzal, Robin Souders and Suzie French– my most sincere and heartfelt thank you for your incredible commitment to the 30+ year friendship with Barb who loves you all so dearly as I do as well!- Thank You!

Barb and I are so blessed and having that feeling in your heart gives you the daily strength to get through anything.

Thank you from our hearts and please keep the prayers going as our good Lord is listening.

Bob & Barb
